Education and training
Born and raised in Redlands, California, Dr. Scott attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. After graduation, he completed a Graduate Practice Residency at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut, where he trained alongside specialists in oral surgery, endodontics, periodontology, restorative dentistry, and the operating room.
He went on to complete his pediatric dental residency at Children's Medical Center of Connecticut and the University of Connecticut satellite dental clinics, where he treated patients across the full range of pediatric dental needs and complexities.
A team-first approach
Dr. Scott works with a highly trained, experienced, and caring team at Gold River Pediatric Dentistry. As soon as you walk through our doors, our friendly team will welcome you, assist you, and help put you and your child's minds at ease. We focus on creating a warm, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere for every visit.
Why a board-certified pediatric dentist matters
Pediatric dentistry is a recognized specialty that requires two to three years of additional training after dental school. Board certification is an additional voluntary credential. Dr. Scott has dedicated his career exclusively to children's oral health, including infants, toddlers, school-age kids, teens, and patients with medical complexities or special needs.
