The Smile Rangers, a dedicated and caring team

Irma brings 15 years of expertise in pediatric dentistry, from treatment and insurance benefit coordination to digital and social media marketing and community outreach. She takes pride in promoting oral health education to families of young children and adolescents. The earlier good oral health habits are established, the greater the impact. She enjoys engaging with our young patients, praising and using positive reinforcement to build trust and minimize fear and anxiety in children. She is a soccer fanatic, bilingual in Spanish, and enjoys traveling to new places with her husband and their two kids.

Maggie has been working as a dental assistant for two years now. She has found great passion for dentistry and plans to pursue it as a career, she hopes to one day become a dentist. She enjoys working with patients and occasionally translates in Russian. In her spare time, she enjoys playing pickleball and volleyball with friends and family.

Teresa is one of our newest Smile Rangers. She is bilingual in Spanish and got into dentistry seeking new challenges and opportunities. She enjoys working with our team and learning different ways to better serve our patients through her customer service skills. Teresa is recently married. She is enjoying family life and traveling with her husband to new places. They enjoy reading, wine tasting, and watching YouTube and TikTok videos together.
